- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, offering prompt and clear assistance.
- Schedule appointments, tests, or follow-ups as per doctor availability and patient convenience.
- Maintain updated patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Handle complaints or concerns empathetically and escalate issues to supervisors when needed.
- Coordinate with various departments to support seamless patient care and service delivery.
- Guide patients through billing procedures, insurance claims, and payment processes.
- Monitor service feedback to help improve administrative practices and enhance patient experiences.
