About the Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and execution of workplace and commercial office interior projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in office space planning, design development, coordination, and project execution, along with the flexibility to travel to project sites as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and planning for commercial office and workplace interior projects.
- Develop concept designs, space planning, design presentations, and detailed construction drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, project managers, and execution teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure design intent is maintained.
- Review architectural drawings, BOQs, specifications, and material selections.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 7–12 years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution.
- Proven experience in commercial office interiors and workplace projects.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, detailing, and construction documentation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office. Knowledge of BIM is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, client management, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
