JOB DESCRIPTION
The Insurance CRE is responsible for handling vehicle insurance renewals, customer follow-ups, policy issuance, claim coordination, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve insurance business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers regarding insurance renewals and policy expirations.
- Generate insurance leads and convert them into business.
- Explain insurance products, coverage, and benefits to customers.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance and renewals.
- Follow up with customers for premium payments and required documents.
- Assist customers with insurance claim procedures and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and insurance transactions.
- Achieve monthly renewal and business targets.
- Prepare daily and monthly insurance performance reports.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and support.
Qualifications:
- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in automobile insurance, telecalling, or customer service.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Knowledge of motor insurance policies and claim processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
