Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Execution & Campaign Support
- Support end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and webinars
- Coordinate product, solution, and technology-focused campaigns for sugar, grain, molasses, brewery, and biogas verticals
- Assist in launching new solutions, and technical initiatives in collaboration with technical and sales teams
2. Digital & Content Marketing
- Coordinate with digital and creative agencies for social media, website updates, emailers, quarterly magazine and newsletters
- Drive content creation and planning, including drafting, coordination, approvals, and publishing across LinkedIn, website blogs, case studies, and technical communications
- Oversee the creation of product and technical competency videos in collaboration with external vendors
- Monitor digital campaign performance and compile monthly analytics and performance reports
3. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with creative agencies, digital partners, printers, and event vendors
- Ensure timely sharing of briefs, follow-ups, approvals, and documentation
- Maintain structured records of creatives, content, and vendor communications
4. Events, Webinars & Offline Marketing
- Support planning and execution of industry events, webinars, and trainings
- Coordinate logistics, promotional material, post-event communication, and follow-ups
- Assist in preparing presentations, brochures, standees, and product literature
5. Brand & Collateral Management
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
- Assist in maintaining updated product literature, brochures, presentations, and technical decks
- Support development of thought leadership material such as whitepapers, articles, and case studies
6. Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare marketing MIS, activity trackers, and monthly reports
- Support the Marketing Head in day-to-day coordination and strategic initiatives
- Ensure timelines, processes, and approvals are followed rigorously
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong coordination and execution skills
- Should be good in written and verbal communication (English & Hindi)
- Understanding of B2B marketing (industrial, technical, or manufacturing sectors preferred)
- Working knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals and social media platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms
- Vendor management and multitasking ability
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute efficiently
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements
