Job Summary
Star Assets Holding is seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, drive business growth, manage team performance, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, maintaining operational efficiency, and leading the branch team towards organizational success.
Key ResponsibilitiesBranch Operations Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all business activities and administrative processes.
- Implement company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Monitor branch performance and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
Business Development & Sales
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch revenue and sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Monitor sales performance and provide guidance to the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, motivate, and supervise branch staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training.
- Assign targets and monitor employee productivity.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment.
Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
- Build long-term customer relationships to enhance retention and referrals.
Financial & Administrative Control
- Monitor branch expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Prepare and review branch performance reports.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Coordinate with management regarding branch performance, staffing, and operational requirements.
Marketing & Growth Initiatives
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to increase brand visibility.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in branch management, sales management, or business operations.
- Experience in finance, real estate, loans, or related industries will be an added advantage.
