About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Project Manager to manage and oversee multiple civil construction and real estate development sites simultaneously.
The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, including planning, construction management, contractor coordination, project financial management, statutory liaisoning, quality control, timelines, and coordination with architects, consultants and internal teams.
The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of handling real estate construction projects, land development projects and multiple civil sites, along with a strong understanding of architectural and engineering drawings.
Key Responsibilities1. Project & Site Management
- Manage multiple civil construction sites simultaneously from planning to completion.
- Take complete ownership of project execution, timelines, quality and cost.
- Prepare project execution plans, schedules and milestones.
- Monitor daily progress against project timelines and planned targets.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants and vendors.
- Identify project risks, delays and bottlenecks and take corrective action.
- Ensure proper manpower, machinery, materials and resources are available at sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings.
2. Real Estate Construction & Land Development
- Handle real estate construction projects and land development projects.
- Experience in site development, infrastructure works, roads, drainage, utilities, boundary works and related civil activities.
- Coordinate execution of residential, commercial or mixed-use development projects.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved plans, specifications and project requirements.
3. Architectural & Technical Coordination
- Should have strong command over architectural drawings and the ability to interpret drawings independently.
- Review architectural, structural, MEP and civil drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants and other technical consultants.
- Identify drawing discrepancies, design issues and execution-related conflicts.
- Ensure site execution is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate drawing revisions and ensure the latest approved drawings are available at site.
4. Financial & Cost Management
- Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost estimates.
- Track project expenditure against approved budgets.
- Monitor contractor bills, work orders, measurements and payments.
- Review BOQs, rate analysis, quotations and variation claims.
- Control project costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Maintain financial discipline across multiple projects and sites.
- Coordinate with accounts and management for project-related financial requirements.
5. Liaisoning & Approvals
- Handle project-related liaisoning with government authorities, local bodies and statutory departments.
- Coordinate for necessary permissions, approvals, NOCs and inspections.
- Follow up with relevant authorities for timely project approvals.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to statutory approvals.
- Coordinate with external consultants and liaisoning agencies wherever required.
6. Contractor & Vendor Management
- Appoint, coordinate and manage contractors, subcontractors and vendors.
- Negotiate rates, timelines and commercial terms in coordination with management.
- Monitor contractor performance and productivity.
- Ensure contractors meet quality, safety, cost and schedule requirements.
- Resolve site-level commercial and execution issues.
7. Quality & Safety
- Ensure construction work meets required quality standards and approved specifications.
- Establish and monitor quality-control procedures.
- Ensure compliance with site safety standards and applicable regulations.
- Identify construction defects and ensure timely rectification.
- Conduct regular quality and safety reviews.
8. Project Reporting & Management
- Prepare regular project progress reports for senior management.
- Report project status, budget, timelines, risks and key issues.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, approvals, contracts and records.
- Conduct periodic project review meetings with stakeholders.
- Provide management with accurate information for decision-making.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or a related field.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in civil construction/project management.
- Mandatory prior experience in real estate construction projects.
- Strong experience in land development projects.
- Proven experience managing multiple construction sites/projects simultaneously.
- Strong experience in contractor and consultant management.
- Experience in project budgeting, cost control and financial management.
- Strong exposure to government/statutory liaisoning and approvals.
- Excellent understanding of architectural, structural and civil drawings.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, BOQs, estimation and project scheduling.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be a hands-on Project Manager who can independently manage multiple sites and take complete responsibility for project delivery.
The candidate must be comfortable working directly with management, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, government authorities and site teams.
A strong candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to deliver projects within planned timelines and budgets while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance.
Preferred Experience
Experience with residential/commercial real estate development, plotted development, township development, land development, infrastructure development or large-scale civil projects will be highly preferred.
Compensation
Salary: As per the market standards
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per year
