Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide prospective and current students in choosing the right courses and career paths. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for education and student success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students on academic programs, career options, and admissions processes
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries from students
- Assist students with course selection and enrollment procedures
- Achieve admission and enrollment targets and update via CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student experience
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor’s degree
- 1–3 years of experience in counselling, sales, or education sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in EdTech or educational institutions
- Familiarity with CRM tools
