A Restaurant Captain is responsible for supervising the service staff and ensuring smooth restaurant operations while providing excellent customer service. The captain acts as a link between guests, waiters, and management to maintain service quality.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests courteously
Supervise waiters and service staff
Take and monitor customer orders
Ensure timely food and beverage service
Handle customer complaints and requests
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Coordinate with kitchen and management teams
Train and guide junior staff members
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
