Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of bakery products including breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and desserts.
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of bakery items.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bakery section.
Monitor ingredient quality and stock availability.
Assist in creating and improving bakery items as per business requirements.
Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
Follow standard recipes and production schedules.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely delivery of products.
Requirements:
