Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management

Support onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes.
- Ensure smooth employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Assist in employee engagement activities, town halls, surveys, and cultural initiatives.
- Support grievance handling and employee connect programs.
Performance Management
-
Coordinate goal-setting, performance review cycles, and feedback discussions.
- Track performance metrics and follow up with managers on action items.
- Support talent development initiatives.
HR Analytics & Reporting

Prepare HR dashboards and MIS reports.
- Track attrition, attendance, employee engagement, and workforce metrics.
- Analyze HR data and provide insights to stakeholders.
Business Partnering

Collaborate with business managers to understand people-related challenges.
- Support workforce planning, manpower tracking, and organizational initiatives.
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and processes across teams.
Required Qualifications

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a recognized institute.
- 0–1 year of experience (freshers can apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR reporting tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
