Looking for individuals to join a leading domestic BPO as CSE for both inbound and outbound processes. Role involves handling customer queries ,providing solutions and maintaining high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle Inbound calls from customers and address their queries
* Make Outbound calls for follow-ups
* Provide accurate information about services
* Meet quality and performance benchmarks
Eligibility
* Graduate in any discipline
* Freshers and Experienced both can apply
* Good communication skills in English
* Linguistic candidates like Malayalam, Tamil, Telegu, Marathi, etc. can also apply
