Position Summary
We are looking for a Junior Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day execution of residential interior projects at site. The role involves coordinating with contractors, vendors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and clients to ensure timely and quality completion of interior works.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities for residential interior projects.
- Coordinate with carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers, and other contractors.
- Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained as per design and project specifications.
- Take site measurements and verify drawings before execution.
- Track material requirements, deliveries, and site inventory.
- Report daily progress, issues, and updates to the Project Manager.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices at the site.
- Coordinate with clients for site visits and work updates when required.
- Identify and escalate project delays or quality concerns promptly.
- Assist in project handover and snag rectification activities.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of residential interior execution and fit-out works.
- Knowledge of materials, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical and plumbing works.
- Ability to read and understand basic interior drawings.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and WhatsApp-based reporting.
- Willingness to travel between project sites.
Qualification
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in residential interior site supervision.
