Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Senior IT Recruiter to join our growing US Staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions across the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Negotiate compensation, availability, and employment terms with candidates.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
Work on various IT requirements including Software Development, Infrastructure, Cloud, Data, QA, ERP, and Cybersecurity roles.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Follow recruitment processes and meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Stay updated on current recruiting trends and market conditions.
Required Skills:
1–3 years of experience in IT Recruitment or US Staffing.
Strong understanding of IT technologies and job roles.
Experience using job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS tools.
Experience recruiting for US clients.
Knowledge of visa types, tax terms, and employment classifications.
Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
