Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage store operations, inventory, material receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch coordination while ensuring accurate stock records and timely material availability.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily store and inventory operations.
* Receive and verify materials against POs, invoices, and delivery challans.
* Maintain proper storage, tagging, and identification of materials.
* Issue materials to production and other departments as authorized.
* Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records.
* Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Purchase and Production teams.
* Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
* Maintain inward/outward material documentation.
* Monitor damaged, excess, slow-moving, and obsolete materials.
* Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.
* Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline in the store.
* Support audits and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of Store/Inventory Management experience, preferably in manufacturing/engineering.
* Graduate/Diploma in a relevant field.
* Good knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
* ERP/Inventory software knowledge is an advantage.
* Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
* Knowledge of industrial/engineering materials preferred.

Salary
As per company standards and candidate's experience and skills.
Pay: ₹12,148.73 - ₹42,021.54 per month
