We are looking for a proactive professional with 3–4 years of experience in application support, troubleshooting, and enterprise application administration. The ideal candidate should have experience supporting .NET/SQL Server-based applications and providing technical assistance to users.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support via email, phone, and support tickets.
- Resolve user issues and coordinate with the development team.
- Support online applications, user management, and data handling.
- Generate MIS reports and maintain support documentation.
- Install software patches and assist in application testing.
- Coordinate with Development and QA teams during deployments.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of .NET MVC and SQL Server
- Basic OOP concepts
- Azure exposure
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Candidate Profile
- 3–4 years of Application/IT Support experience.
- Basic knowledge of SQL Server, IIS, and Microsoft technologies.
- Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Qualification: B.Tech, BCA, or MCA.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
