English Speaking & Soft Skills Trainer (Part-Time | 3+ Years Experience)
Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and experienced English Speaking & Soft Skills Trainer to conduct engaging training sessions, mentor learners, and prepare candidates for professional communication and interview success. If you are passionate about teaching and helping individuals build confidence in spoken English and workplace skills, we would love to have you on our team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive classroom and online sessions on spoken English, communication, and soft skills.
- Train students in grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, public speaking, and confidence building.
- Prepare learners for interviews, group discussions, presentations, and workplace communication.
- Design and update training materials, assignments, mock interview questions, and practical exercises.
- Assess student progress, provide feedback, and mentor learners individually when required.
- Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve training quality and curriculum standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an English Speaking, Soft Skills, or Communication Trainer.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Experience in conducting classroom sessions, workshops, and interview preparation training.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to motivate learners and build their confidence.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Communication, or a related field (certifications are a plus).
