Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn & references
- Screening, scheduling & coordinating interviews
- Managing candidate communication and follow-ups
- Supporting onboarding and hiring operations
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
- Strong communication & coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
