- Generate new business opportunities and develop customer relationships
- Manage and follow up on sales inquiries and leads
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and customer reports using ERP software
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for order execution
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the ERP system
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support
