About the Role

We are looking for passionate .NET engineers to join our Product Engineering team building a large-scale Retail ERP platform used by enterprise retailers. The role involves designing and developing scalable backend services, modern APIs, and event-driven solutions while contributing to the transformation of our monolithic ERP into domain-oriented, cloud-ready services.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Architects, QA Engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C# and .NET.
Develop RESTful APIs and backend services for ERP and retail business workflows.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following SOLID principles and best practices.
Optimize application performance, database queries, and backend processing.
Design and implement asynchronous and event-driven solutions using Kafka or messaging platforms.
Work with PostgreSQL, including writing optimized SQL queries and stored procedures.
Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Collaborate with QA and Product teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Contribute to the modernization of legacy applications into modular, domain-oriented services.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Framework / .NET Core (.NET 6/8+)
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles
Experience developing REST APIs
Strong SQL skills with PostgreSQL
Experience with Entity Framework Core
Knowledge of asynchronous programming (async/await)
Good understanding of dependency injection and middleware
Experience with Git-based source control
Familiarity with Docker and containerized development

Good to Have

Experience with Kafka or any event streaming platform
Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
Understanding of Microservices architecture
Experience with Azure cloud services
Experience with Redis caching
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
Experience with OpenTelemetry or application monitoring
Understanding of authentication and authorization (JWT/OAuth)

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams.
Self-driven with a product ownership mindset.
