Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our digital presence is compelling, consistent, and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, display advertising, and content marketing channels.
- Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including blog posts, newsletters, social media posts, and paid ad creatives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and HubSpot.
- Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
- Manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms to maximize ROI within budget.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce compelling visual assets aligned with brand guidelines.
- Support lead generation initiatives and nurture prospects through targeted email marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts and running paid advertising campaigns.
- Solid understanding of SEO/SEM principles and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo).
- Ability to analyze data, interpret results, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification.
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS and website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
