Position: HR Executive (Experienced)
Experience: 4–5 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
- Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and experience letters
- Coordinate performance appraisal and employee engagement activities
- Prepare HR reports and support daily HR operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA HR Preferred)
- 4–5 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Executive role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS software is an added advantage
- Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
