Role Summary
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join Wealth Management Brokerage back-end team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in financial services, good communication skills, and the ability to handle brokerage-related back-end operations efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage back-end brokerage and wealth management transactions accurately
- Handle client account-related documentation, KYC verification, and onboarding support
- Assist with trade settlement, reconciliation, and reporting tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries and operational issues
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal SOPs during all operations
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across brokerage systems and records
- Monitor and update transaction logs, account status, and client information
- Support audit and compliance teams with required documentation and reports
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team within defined TAT
- Adhere to data privacy and information security guidelines at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) domain
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Basic understanding of financial markets, brokerage, or wealth management concepts
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data accurately
- Ability to work in rotational shifts including weekends
- Graduate or Undergraduate degree in any discipline
Good to Have
- Prior experience in stock broking, trading operations, or financial back-office
- Familiarity with trading platforms or brokerage tools
- Knowledge of KYC/AML processes and SEBI/RBI guidelines
- Experience in a fintech or neo-banking environment
