Job Summary
We are looking for compassionate and qualified BAMS, BUMS, or BHMS Doctors to join our teleconsultation team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will provide telephonic/video consultations, understand patients' health concerns, recommend appropriate treatment plans within their scope of practice, and ensure high-quality patient care. Experience in teleconsultation or OPD is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic and video consultations with patients.
- Assess patient symptoms and medical history.
- Provide consultation and treatment recommendations as per clinical guidelines and applicable regulations.
- Explain medications, diet, and lifestyle modifications to patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR/CRM system.
- Follow up with patients to monitor treatment progress.
- Coordinate with the clinic and operations team for seamless patient care.
- Ensure excellent patient satisfaction and professional communication.
Eligibility
- Qualification: BAMS / BUMS / BHMS (Mandatory)
- Valid registration with the respective State/National Council.
- Experience: 1–5 years (Teleconsultation/Clinical/OPD experience preferred).
- Punjabi language proficiency is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in Punjabi, Hindi, and basic English.
- Basic knowledge of EMR/CRM and computer applications.
