We are seeking disciplined and vigilant Security Officers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in security or defense services and will be responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of company personnel, property, and visitors.
Ex-Army, Ex-CRPF, or Ex-Air Force personnel are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned premises to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or vandalism.
- Ensure proper entry and exit control of employees, vehicles, and visitors.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
- Operate CCTV systems and maintain surveillance logs.
- Enforce company security policies and safety regulations.
- Prepare incident and daily activity reports accurately and timely.
- Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
- Maintain discipline, order, and professional conduct on site.
Qualifications
- Education: Minimum 10th / 12th pass (higher qualification preferred).
- Experience:
- Prior service in Army, CRPF, Air Force, CISF, BSF, or Police preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of security experience in industrial, corporate, or residential setups.
- Age Limit: 35 to 50 years.
- Must be physically fit, alert, and capable of handling emergencies.
- Basic knowledge of first aid, firefighting, and crowd control desirable.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in shifts (day/night/rotational).
