Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks to prevent disruptions.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and support skills.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Icertis Contract Intelligence ICI Platform Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues within the platform.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level contract management solutions.
- Ability to interpret system logs and error messages to identify root causes of problems.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Capability to document incidents, resolutions, and best practices for continuous improvement.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Icertis Contract Intelligence ICI Platform Functional.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
