About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and smart Business Growth Officer to join our team.
· Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and marketing activities for the institute
- Meet clients and achieve monthly sales targets
- Manage and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct outdoor marketing and promotional campaigns
- Strategize and implement plans to grow business revenue
- Visit schools, colleges, corporates, tuition centres, and coaching centres
Requirements:
· Graduate with experience in education industry sales & marketing
- Hardworking, punctual, smart, and target-driven
- Strong communication skills; ability to handle pressure professionally
- Willingness to travel for field activities
- Ready to work with monthly targets
