Job Summary
Thoughtflows Medical Coding Academy is hiring Medical Coding Trainers to deliver high-quality training in Medical Coding. We are looking for passionate professionals with strong medical coding knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching.
Key Responsibilities
Train students in Anatomy, Physiology, Medical Terminology, ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS.
Conduct classroom sessions, assessments, and mock tests.
Prepare training materials and monitor student performance.
Guide students for certification and interview preparation.
Stay updated with the latest coding guidelines.
Eligibility
Education: Any Degree (Life Science graduates preferred)
Certification: Mandatory – CPC / CIC / CCS
Freshers with strong Anatomy & Physiology knowledge or experienced Medical Coders/Trainers can apply.
Required Skills
Medical Coding experience in any specialty.
Strong Anatomy, Physiology, and Medical Terminology knowledge.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Training or mentoring experience is preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Experience
Freshers with strong subject knowledge are welcome.
1–5+ years of Medical Coding or Medical Coding Training experience preferred.
Pay: ₹912.06 - ₹5,383.76 per day
