Job Title: IT Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive to oversee and support our IT infrastructure and systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, networks, applications, and security tools. This role also involves providing technical support to users, managing IT equipment (including CCTV systems).
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues (both onsite and remote).
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
- Manage backups, antivirus protection, system updates, and data security.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of IT-related projects and system upgrades.
- Maintain and update IT documentation, asset inventory, user guides, and support records.
- Install and manage CCTV camera systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement, repairs, and maintenance.
- Provide support for ERP, CRM, or other business applications as needed.
- Train and guide employees on the proper use of IT systems and tools, promoting best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an IT support or systems administration role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting, software installations, and end-user support.
- Experience with CCTV camera installation, configuration, and management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Office 365 or Google Workspace is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
- Exposure to ITIL practices or ITIL Foundation certification.
- Understanding of cyber security principles and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, firewalls, virtual machines, or cloud infrastructure.
Working Conditions:
- May occasionally require evening or weekend work for system upgrades, migrations, or issue resolution.
- On-call support may be required depending on business needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
