Shyam Dairy Products is hiring a Microbiologist for our dairy manufacturing unit.
Position: Microbiologist
Industry: Dairy / Food Processing
Experience: 2–5 Years (Experience in Dairy Industry Preferred)
Qualification:
- M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Dairy Technology, or related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct microbiological testing of milk, water, finished products, and raw materials
- Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices in the plant
- Maintain laboratory records and quality documentation
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Support quality assurance and production teams
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of microbiological testing procedures
- Understanding of food safety standards and laboratory practices
- Good analytical and documentation skills
- Experience in dairy industry will be preferred
