We are looking for an experienced and responsible Society Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of residential societies/apartments. The candidate should have strong knowledge of society management, society by-laws, maintenance operations, vendor handling, and basic accounts management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the residential society smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensure proper implementation and compliance with society by-laws and rules.
- Coordinate with committee members and residents for operational matters.
- Handle society documentation, notices, agreements, and legal compliance.
- Maintain records of maintenance collections, expenses, and accounts.
- Prepare monthly expense reports and coordinate with auditors/accountants.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other staff.
- Handle vendor management, AMC renewals, and service follow-ups.
- Resolve resident complaints and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Conduct regular inspections of society premises and facilities.
- Coordinate for meetings, maintain MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and follow-up actions.
- Ensure timely payment of utility bills and statutory compliances.
- Manage emergency situations and operational escalations effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of housing society by-laws and society operations is mandatory.
- Basic to good knowledge of accounts and maintenance billing.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage vendors, staff, and residents professionally.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, email drafting, and record maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
- Experience in residential society/property management preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
