Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, Factories Act, and statutory requirements.
- PF & ESIC registration, challans & remittance, PT, LWF, resolve grievances, EDLI, etc
- Manage contract labour, contractor compliance, attendance, wages, & blue collars deployment.
- License registration & renewals
- Vendor Management for contract labour
- Supporting for payroll, attendance, OT, LOP, salary revisions, and employee benefits.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, employee welfare & IR issues.
- Prepare HR MIS, manpower reports, and support statutory/internal audits.
Requirements
- 3+yrs of experience in Statutory compliance, IR & HR
- MBA HR / MSW / Any Graduate with relevant HR & IR experience.
- Good knowledge of Labour Laws, Payroll, Statutory Compliance, and Factory HR
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
