Job Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. - Explain products/services and generate sales leads. - Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. - Follow up with leads and convert them into customers. - Maintain customer information and daily calling reports. - Achieve assigned monthly sales and calling targets. - Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good customer relationships. Required Skills & Qualifications - 6 months to 3 years of experience in tele-sales, telesales, telecalling, customer service, or a related field. - Fluent in Hindi and English. - Fluent in the relevant regional/local language. - Good verbal communication and convincing skills. - Confident and customer-oriented personality. - Ability to work with sales targets and follow-up processes. - Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,256.23 per month
