Job Summary
Rainbow International School is seeking a vigilant, proactive, and disciplined Floor Supervisor to manage and oversee all operations, safety, and discipline specifically on the 3rd Floor of our campus.
As the 3rd Floor Supervisor, you will be the primary authority on that floor during school hours—ensuring student safety, smooth class transitions, cleanliness, and strict adherence to school discipline from early morning arrival through afternoon dismissal.
Key Responsibilities
1. 3rd Floor Discipline & Corridor Management
- Morning Arrival: Be present on the 3rd Floor by 7:10 AM sharp to monitor student arrival and ensure students head directly to their homerooms.
- Corridor Vigilance: Monitor the 3rd-floor hallways, staircases, and common areas during class transitions, recess, and afternoon dispersal to prevent rowdy behavior or overcrowding.
- Punctuality & Loitering: Ensure students enter classrooms promptly when the bell rings. Strictly check and intercept any students loitering on the 3rd floor without an official permission slip.
- Conduct Enforcement: Actively monitor and enforce the school’s uniform dress code and behavioral guidelines for all students on your assigned floor.
2. Cleanliness & Facility Oversight (3rd Floor)
- Housekeeping Supervision: Direct and supervise the cleaning staff assigned to the 3rd floor. Ensure that classrooms, corridors, drinking water stations, and washrooms are kept spotlessly clean and hygienic throughout the shift.
- Utility & Resource Management: Conduct rounds when classrooms are vacant to ensure lights, fans, air conditioners, and smartboards are switched off to save energy.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
