Aurum Medicare Pvt Ltd, leading manufacturer of medical disposables, syringes, ortho supports and feminine hygiene products based in Panchkula, Haryana, seeks target-driven Sales Executives for telecalling sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make calls daily to, pharmacies, hospitals & distributors
- Pitch Aurum's syringes, sanitary pads, infusion sets, ortho braces for distributorship
- Follow up leads
- Achieve weekly/monthly target.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of calls & leads
Requirements
- 6 months+ tele-sales experience (FMCG/Pharma preferred)
- Excellent Hindi & English communication
- Basic MS Excel/CRM knowledge
- Target-oriented with convincing skills
- 12th pass minimum (graduates preferred)
What We Offer
- Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹22,000/month + incentives
- Weekly targets with attractive conversion bonuses
- 6 days/week (Sunday off), 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
