Tripverse is looking for a dedicated and energetic Telecaller / Travel Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves handling fresh leads, follow-ups, cold calling, maintaining CRM records, and assisting in closing travel package sales.
We are looking for candidates who are good communicators, eager to learn, and interested in building a long-term career in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with fresh leads generated through ads and marketing campaigns
- Handle customer inquiries regarding travel packages
- Perform cold calling and lead nurturing
- Maintain and update CRM records regularly
- Coordinate with customers on WhatsApp and calls
- Convert inquiries into bookings/sales
- Build customer relationships and provide excellent support
Requirements:
- Fluent in Hindi (Hindi + Telugu speaking candidates preferred)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM and Google Sheets
- Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
- Self-disciplined and able to work remotely
- Candidates with Tour & Travel experience are highly welcomed

- Experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or travel industry
