B. Pharm, D. Pharm
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Explain products/services and resolve basic customer queries
- Maintain call records and follow-ups in CRM or tracking sheets
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
- Handle objections professionally and close sales when applicable
- Coordinate with internal teams
- Ensure compliance with company communication guidelines
Requirements:
- Fluent in Hindi and English; Marathi is a strong bonus
- Minimum 6 months experience in healthcare telesales
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and Google Sheets
- Ability to handle patient queries with empathy, patience and confidence
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
