YouTube Video Editor & Content Creator (Full-Time)
About the Role
We are looking for a creative, passionate, and highly motivated Video Editor & Content Creator who lives and breathes YouTube content. If you enjoy storytelling through video, understand what keeps viewers engaged, and love turning ideas into viral-quality content, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality YouTube videos with excellent pacing and storytelling.
- Create engaging Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other short-form content.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, captions, sound effects, background music, and color correction.
- Design eye-catching thumbnails that improve click-through rates.
- Research YouTube trends and suggest new content ideas.
- Optimize videos for audience retention and engagement.
- Organize video files and maintain an efficient editing workflow.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute content strategies.
- Deliver projects on time while maintaining high quality standards.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Good understanding of YouTube algorithms, viewer psychology, and content optimization.
- Excellent storytelling and editing sense.
- Experience creating engaging YouTube videos and viral short-form content.
- Ability to create subtitles, animations, and motion graphics.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop or Canva for thumbnails.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience editing YouTube channels.
- Portfolio showcasing YouTube videos or social media content.
- Knowledge of AI editing tools such as CapCut AI, Descript, Runway, or similar tools.
- Understanding of SEO for YouTube (titles, descriptions, keywords, and thumbnails).
