Here’s what you’ll be doing:
– Identifying and onboarding brands for social media, influencer marketing, branding, and performance marketing mandates
– Building strong relationships with clients, partners, and decision-makers
– Generating and converting leads through networking, outreach, and industry connections
– Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution
– Driving growth opportunities for the agency across different verticals
Here’s who we’re looking for:
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development/sales within an agency setup
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Understanding of branding, social media, influencer marketing, and digital ecosystems
Someone proactive, confident, and driven by growth
A team player who can work in a fast-paced environment
