We are hiring Debt Recovery Agents to join our growing team.
Position: Debt Recovery Agent (DRA)
Location: Chandigarh
Experience: 2 years + DRA Certificate
Job Responsibilities:
- Contact customers for outstanding payments
- Follow up on overdue accounts
- Maintain records of recovery activities
- Build positive communication with customers
- Achieve monthly recovery targets
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of collections/recovery is preferred
- Ability to handle field visits (if required)
- Must be responsible and target-oriented
Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
