Job Title: E-commerce Operations & Saree Presentation Executive
Location: T. Nagar, Chennai
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process online orders received through the website, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other sales channels. Monitor and improve turnaround time (TAT) for each order
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
- Track shipments and proactively follow up on delayed deliveries.
- Handle customer inquiries, order updates, and post-sale support.
- Maintain order records and ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.
- Upload and manage product listings, images, and inventory details on e-commerce platforms.
- Assist in cataloging new sarees and maintaining product information.
- Present sarees in product videos, reels, and social media content. Here comfort with appearing on videos is very important.
- Explain saree features, designs, fabrics, weaving techniques, and styling details on camera.
- Support WhatsApp and social media sales by interacting with customers and recommending suitable sarees.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English.
- Comfortable appearing in videos and social media content.
- Pleasant personality and confidence in interacting with customers.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Interest in fashion, textiles, sarees, or retail is preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service, e-commerce, retail, or content creation is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn about sarees, fabrics, weaving techniques, and product details.
