Role Summary:
Responsible for sourcing prospect data, making outbound calls to decision-makers, generating meetings for the sales team, and collecting electricity bills and basic project details to support solar sales. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and maintain client data using CRM, LinkedIn, Lusha, and online tools
Make outbound calls (5+ hours/day) to pitch services and schedule meetings
Follow up with warm and cold leads
Coordinate meetings and client communication via email
Collect electricity bills, factory locations, and basic requirements
Update and maintain records in CRM
Skills Required:
Fluent English communication
Good persuasion and rapport-building skills
Professional telephone etiquette
Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and internet research

Experience:
0–1 years in telemarketing, inside sales, or lead generation
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
