GM (SERVICE) :
This role involves ensuring the efficient operation of the service department, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the service department's budget and control expenses.
- Monitor and improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints and issues promptly.
- Implement and enforce safety and compliance standards.
- Train and develop service staff to enhance their skills.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
- Ensure a clean and organized service area.
- Provide regular reports and updates to dealership management.
Qualifications:
- Relevant field Experience (preferred).
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in the automobile service industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Budgeting and financial management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
