JD:
- Min 5-7 Years Experience in ELV/IBMS Projects
- Implementation, programming, testing, and commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Perform IO Loop Testing, Functional Testing, and validation of control systems.
- Develop and test SCADA/HMI graphic screens for system visualization and control.
- Work with communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, OPC, IP, Ethernet, and MS/TP.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting at project sites and remotely, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with teams for design, documentation, and development of BMS solutions.
- Conduct site visits and manage commissioning activities to ensure systems are operating per design.
- Maintain and update project documentation, commissioning reports, and as-built drawings.
- Experience: Minimum of 4years in BMS Engineering, Testing & Commissioning
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of BMS, SCADA, DDC, and PLC systems
- Understanding of protocols: OPC, BACnet, Modbus (TCP/IP, Ethernet, MS/TP)
- Experience with BMS programming, graphic development, and integration
- Familiarity with SQL databases (basic level)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/sites
- Education: Diploma/BE Electronics/Electrical/IT/Computer/IC
