Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions within the civil consultancy domain. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience in hiring engineering professionals.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements from department heads and project teams.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, references, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and project leads.
- Maintain recruitment databases, trackers, and candidate pipelines.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
HR Coordination
- Support onboarding and employee documentation processes.
- Maintain employee records and recruitment reports.
- Assist in employee engagement and HR operations activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in civil engineering, construction, or consultancy industry.
- Strong understanding of technical recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in engineering consultancy hiring.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Good understanding of engineering job roles and terminology.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
