Commis 1 is a senior-level commis responsible for independently managing a section and assisting the CDP in daily kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently handle a kitchen section
- Prepare dishes with consistency and quality
- Supervise Commis 2 & 3
- Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO)
- Monitor food quality and presentation
- Assist in menu planning
- Maintain hygiene, discipline, and safety standards
- Control food wastage and ensure cost efficiency
- Report any kitchen issues to CDP/Sous Chef
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques
- Leadership and supervision skills
- Good understanding of food safety standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
