Desktop Support Engineer – L2 (VIP Support)
Location: Worli, Mumbai
Experience: 3–6 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 desktop support for laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Office 365, Outlook, Teams, VPN, and network-related issues.
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, password resets, and access management.
- Support hardware/software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Provide priority support to VIP users, CXOs, and senior management.
- Assist with meeting room setups, video conferencing (Teams/Zoom/Webex), and executive presentations.
- Handle IT asset management, system deployment, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, VPN, and basic LAN/WAN issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests as per SLA.
- Maintain IT assets and documentation.
