Key Responsibilities-(Kannada speaking and Drafting is Mandatory)
Draft, review, and maintain legal documents, agreements, notices, and correspondence.
Assist in title verification, legal due diligence, and property document scrutiny.
Coordinate with advocates, government authorities, and registration offices.
Maintain records of agreements, sale deeds, lease deeds, and other legal documents.
Support registration, stamping, and execution of property-related documents.
Track legal cases, court hearings, and follow up with external counsels.
Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and statutory requirements.
Prepare legal MIS reports and maintain legal databases.
Assist in obtaining approvals, licenses, and permissions from government authorities.
Monitor document expiry, renewals, and compliance deadlines.
Handle document filing, retrieval, and archival processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) preferred.
2–5 years of experience in the legal department of a real estate, construction, or property development company.(Kannada Drafting is Mandatory)
Knowledge of property laws, contract law, registration procedures, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation management.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
