Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing client interactions from initial inquiry to project handover
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels
- Support conversion of leads into confirmed projects
- Coordinate with design, sales, and execution teams for timely delivery
- Understand client requirements and ensure accurate communication to the design team
- Follow up with clients on proposals, approvals, and payments
- Maintain client database, project updates, and CRM records
- Address client concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in B2C sales or client handling
- Basic understanding of interior design process (preferred)
- Good coordination and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
