We are looking for an experienced Domestic Holidays Sales Executive who can convert travel inquiries into successful bookings and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for domestic holiday packages.
- Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable destinations and packages.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and travel partners.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on domestic travel trends, destinations, and offers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Domestic Holiday Sales.
- Strong knowledge of Indian travel destinations and holiday packages.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and close sales effectively.
- Proficiency in email communication, MS Office, and CRM tools.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
