Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Electrical Trainer to provide practical and theoretical training to students in Electrical Engineering and Industrial Electrical Systems. The trainer should have strong technical knowledge and the ability to guide students with industry-oriented concepts, practical sessions, and project-based learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training sessions on Electrical Engineering subjects and industrial applications.
- Teach concepts related to:
- Basic Electrical Engineering
- Electrical Machines
- Power Systems
- Industrial Wiring
- Control Systems
- PLC & SCADA Basics
- Electrical Safety
- Transformers & Motors
- House Wiring & Industrial Wiring
- AutoCAD Electrical (Preferred)
- Conduct practical lab sessions and hands-on activities.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and training materials.
- Guide students in live projects and mini projects.
- Monitor student performance and maintain attendance records.
- Support students in interview preparation and placement activities.
- Keep updated with latest industry trends and technologies.
- Coordinate with management for training schedules and academic activities.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good practical knowledge of electrical tools and equipment.
- Ability to handle classroom and lab sessions effectively.
- Knowledge of industrial standards and safety procedures.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
Pay: ₹6,430.51 - ₹39,703.38 per month
